Some snow is expected across the region tomorrow, likely beginning mid-morning to early afternoon. Accumulations will be low, with 2 centimetres or less expected.


Although snowfall amounts will be limited tomorrow, some slippery travel is expected. Some patchy freezing drizzle is also expected across the region, so some icy conditions may develop. Take caution if travelling.


Looking ahead to the rest of the week, we are monitoring a few chances for precipitation, with some rain possible Monday. Stay tuned for more updates!


Tomorrow is Groundhog Day! Will Wiarton Willie predict an early spring or six more weeks of winter? Willie's official prediction will be at 8:07 AM and can be stramed on YouTube thanks to Rogers. There are several festivities going on in Wiarton throughout the day, including fireworks at 7 AM.
