Daily Forecast: January 2, 2025


Snow squalls will continue across the region tomorrow, causing poor visibility and blowing snow across Midwestern Ontario. Some snow squalls off any of the lakes will likely reach inland, bringing these effects in brief but potent bands.


Snow Squall Warnings, Snow Squall Watches and Winter Weather Travel Advisories continue across the region. Some areas may see 60 centimetres of snow or greater before tomorrow night. Avoid travel if possible as conditions will likely deteriorate rapidly.


It will feel noticeably colder across the region tomorrow, with wind chills near -10ºC for many areas. Temperatures will continue trending colder through the weekend.
